Seeking cast and crew for "Five Star Realtors," a short film. Production states: "Ever have a landlord that you think is just out to get you? Well, these ones are! Caleb, Leo, and Sarrah are three morally dubious property managers at Five Star Realtors, fed up with having to wait for security deposits to come in to fund their shopping sprees. They devise a plan to break into tenants' apartments and charge them bogus fees to raise the funds they need.

Come be on a fun set in Boulder Colorado, have great food, meet fantastic people and be part of a movie that is out to make a difference and out to get some laughs!

"Five Star Realtors" is an absurd satire of "the scum lord" that everyone has either had or heard of from friends, particularly focusing on student housing. The end of the film sees the property managers “punished” for their wrongdoings. While the characters believe it is the end of the world, we as the audience see the irony in what hardly constitutes a slap on the wrist.

We hope to submit this film to film festivals and believe the comedy, the concept, and the social commentary will be appealing to all sorts of people who have had to deal with a sketchy property management company before.

The project is led by an award-winning filmmaker from Boulder, Colorado and has extensive experience directing short films and is excited to get this one made. This film will be made as his BFA film.

Synopsis: Three property managers claim they are living life tough by forgoing massages, not having heated seats in their cars, and constantly running out of iCloud storage. They are fed up with their tenants constantly calling and needing things repaired, so they decide to scam their way to the top. Breaking into their tenants' apartments, wreaking havoc, then charging them a fee for the trouble, the property managers Leo, Caleb, and Sarah are able to fulfill their fantasies of luxury, until they get caught red-handed. Purpose: To satirize the “scum lord” that everyone has either had or have heard of from friends; particularly focusing on student housing. The end of the film sees the property managers “punished” for their wrong doings. While the characters believe it is the end of the world, we as the audience see the irony in what hardly constitutes a slap of the wrist.

This promotional teaser trailer will be shot in a cinematic black-box style.  Final product will be used to raise funding for a stage show. 

Peregrinus Films is a new company commited to producing high quality content, working with experienced and respected cast and crew to bring meaningful stories to life.

During the making of my first film, I came up with a great idea for a Horror film. I aim to finish this project in secret so I can release it next year. It will be a simple but effective slow burn that mixes Vampire movie elements with Thriller movies about crazy girlfriends. Think "Play Misty For Me" meets "Fright Night". 

Elmer, a meek and weak man, meets a girl he apparently went to high school with named Emilia. She quickly takes over his life, his work, and puts him under her spell. Can he stand up to her and turn his life around before it's too late?

A horror short film mirroring a black and white 1950's sitcom.

Lucy has an established relationship with The Devil, performing small acts of mischief for him from time to time in order to maintain a "perfect" life. In this weeks episode, The Devil asks Lucy to assist him in procuring a soul.

In the mountains of Colorado Springs, Colorado lives Azrael Thran- a failing scientist with a heart of gold. He often works with his friend and crush, Amy Bittle, to invent strange items. The ultimate goal for both of them is to escape their domineering parents. After a failed test and a severe injury, Azrael decides to clone himself as his next project. But his clone turns out to be stranger than anything he ever could have imagined.
